Replacement of the Underground Steam Line at the Central Plant

This project consists of the successful Bidder furnishing all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Replacement of Underground Steam Line at Central Plant. The work to be performed by the Bidder shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide new steam and condensate distribution to the existing distribution loops from South Central Plant. This will include demolition and installation of steam and condensate lines, all associated equipment, and appurtenances necessary for a complete and fully operational system as indicated in the design intent of the contract documents. Th e construction scope is broken into three major parts: 1. Demo and Renovation within Central Plant. 2. Demo and Renovation within Juvenile Justice Center. 3. Exterior construction immediately outside buildings and within right of way identified in project documents.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Steam and Condensate Piping and Pumps, Steam and Condensate Heating Piping, Underground Steam and Condensate Heating Piping.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Steam Energy Distribution.
