Description

The City is required annually to test and certify backflows at various sites within the City of Richmond. The backflows that fail then need to be repaired. Some of these repairs will be done by the City, but sometimes need arises to have a contractor repair them. Bid Requirements • Contractor must have a valid California Contractor’s license. • Contractor must have a valid City of Richmond Business license. • Contractor responsible for meeting City of Richmond contractor’s requirements including insurance and prevailing wage guidelines. • All work to be coordinated with City of Richmond Parks and Landscaping Superintendent or his designee. The contract will be for three years with two one-year options to renew.
