Description

One-time landscape cleanup and landscape maintenance services at the San Pedro DMV Field Office. The bidder shall possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform landscape maintenance services under the contract shall possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the CSLB. Estimated budget: $53,460.00 three (3) year term. One-time landscape cleanup and landscape maintenance services at the San Pedro DMV Field Office. Term: October 1, 2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through September 30,2025. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
