Renovation of a mixed-use development in Woodridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. As this is a public works project, a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check for 10% of the proposed bid price must accompany the sealed bid. Unsuccessful bidders will have their check or bid bond returned promptly. A recommendation to the Board of Education will occur on May 23, 2022 and work is anticipated to be completed during the summer and fall of 2022. The Board of Education of Woodridge School District #68 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in bidding, as may be in their best interest.
