Description

Earthwork Retaining Wall at Horan Road Absher Construction General Contractor/Construction Manager (GCCM) is requesting subcontractor bids for the bid package referenced above for the Chelan County Public Utility District. Service Center Project. All bids must be submitted on the proper proposal Form included in the bid documents. The GCCM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids. A bid bond will be required in the form of a surety bond, cashier's check, or a certified check, in the amount of (5%) of the bid amount, for bids in the excess of $300,000. Chelan County PUD Service Center is located at 203 Olds Station Road, Wenatchee, WA98801; note the vicinity map in section 00110. The scope of the Service Center Project is to relocate and consolidate all District maintenance, operations, customer service and administration functions, currently located on three separate properties in Wenatchee to a new location in the Olds Station area in North Wenatchee. The new Facility will be constructed on an undeveloped, 14+ acre parcel, with a separate 6-acre parcel developed for additional parking. The Facility will be home to more than 500 District employees, providing "one stop shopping" for all customer services, as well as centralizing operations and reducing operating expenses. Planned structures totaling more than 327,670 SF include: Building A 122,580 SF, Four Story Administration & Crew Office Building Building B 55,190 SF, Warehouse/Tool Room and Covered Line Dock Building C 52,790 SF, Maintenance Shops and Enclosed/Heating Storage Building Building D 30,700 SF Vehicle Parking Structure (Canopy and Enclosed) Building E: 22,260 SF, Fleet Maintenance Shops Building Building F: 4,100 SF Fueling and Vehicle Washing Facility Building G 39,900 SF Canopy Structure for General Purpose Materials and Equipment Storage Building H 150 SF, Guard Station
