Denver Federal Center Building 48 Modernization Project, Lakewood, CO

This project will fall within General Services Administration Design Excellence Program, which focuses on the utilization of top designers, is intended to result in landmark facilities, and includes involvement of design peers and a presentation to the Public Building Service (PBS) Commissioner prior to approval of a design concept. This project will meet the policies and quality objectives of the General Services Administration Design Excellence program while maintaining budget and schedule. In addition, a subcontract plan is required for this forthcoming project. The General Services Administration, Region 8, is seeking to identify potential sources qualified to perform a Design Excellence Design Build construction project located at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado. Building 48 will undergo an extensive modernization Design Build construction project including significant landscaping, paving, interior natural daylighting, and environmental mitigation.
