That the bidder or entity performing the work has successfully completed a minimum of two projects within last 20 years involving each of the following types of work: Installation of rigid support of excavation structure in close proximity of an operating soft ground tunnel; Ground treatment and groundwater control in close proximity of an operating soft ground tunnel; and Pipe jacking or microtunneling within 10 feet below active/operating railroad tracks, airport runways, and/or roadways. A Bid submitted by a bidder who does not meet the prerequisite Qualification Information requirements will be considered non-responsive and the bidder's Bid will not be eligible for acceptance by the Authority.
