The scope of work includes the replacement of elevator cabs and equipment, controls, emergency signaling, security and two-way communications, and related system components. Mechanical rooms and elevator lobbies will be renovated to meet current code requirements. The work will also include hazardous material abatement. Estimated Range $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
