2020-2021 General Construction Services

Qualifications ("Qualifications") from general contractors ("Proposer(s)") who will be expected to successfully perform the following construction services, including but not limited to: General building/site construction services for various public infrastructure improvement projects, including without limitation, traffic improvement projects relating to traffic signals, traffic calming, street lighting, street widening and/or other general street improvements, as well as sidewalk and biking path improvement projects, ADA compliance projects, landscaping improvement projects, water and sewer improvement projects, and other public infrastructure improvement projects as identified from time to time.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Transportation Signaling and Control Equipment, Roadway Signaling and Control Equipment, Traffic Signals, Traffic Control Equipment.
