| Description | In general, the work consists of: Remove about 4500 square feet of quarry tile and about 670 linear feet of wall base tile. Prep and install membrane for new flooring in the main bakery area, the prep area, bakery office, top of stair well and in the pots and pans room. Install 9 new floor drains, leak test floor drains and membrane. Install about 4500 square feet of new quarry tile and about 670 linear feet of base tile. Grout and seal tile. Bidders/pre-bid tour participants must contact Buildings and Grounds Superintendent Martin Lisney, (920) 324- 7240, martin.lisney@wisconsin.gov on or before September 26, 2023 to confirm attendance and obtain necessary security clearance. Each individual who will attend the tour must provide Buildings and Grounds Superintendent Martin Lisney a completed DOC-2430 form by 12:00 pm on September 26, 2023 |
