| Description | Remove and replace the existing recalled sprinkler heads located at the Dodge County Detention Facility. The proposal must include all labor, materials, equipment and tools to remove sprinkler heads, install new sprinkler heads, refill system, and to check and repair any leaks each day. Bid must include all necessary materials, permitting, and labor to replace institutional sprinklers per NFPA, local/state requirements. Scope of Services Included: Remove and replace (303) Star S102 Institutional Sidewalls with Tyco THP PH2 Institutional Sidewalls or equivalent, escutcheons to remain as is. Replace (259) Star S 102 Institutional Pendants with Tyco TFP PH2 Institutional Pendants, or equivalent, escutcheons to remain the same. Replace (43) Rasco ZX-INST Institutional Sidewalls with Tyco Raven Institutional Sidewalls or equivalent, escutcheon to be replaced. (1) Sprinkler wrench will be provided to the owner for each new type of sprinkler head. |
