To include retrofit an existing 14,000 sf fitness center to a 7-day pet boarding, day care, grooming, and training facility with an outdoor play area. Exterior improvements are proposed to include facade and signage enhancements, proposed stormwater management on the north side of the property, resurfaced parking area, demolition of the existing 1,000 SF standalone building on the northside of the property, and fenced play yards and individual play yards. Interior improvements will be made to be consistent with the Pet Suites brand to include pet play areas, lobby, dog and cat kennels, a grooming station, training room, offices and employee break room.
