| Description | Scope: The Project include refuse collection and disposal program for campus residents. This comprehensive service contract will be designed around the quarters listed in this solicitation. The Offeror must supply 96 gallon containers to the campus residents. The containers quantity will vary from month to month from the resident occupancy and family size. The Citadel standard of service for its residential refuse/garbage collection. Offeror shall furnish an estimated quantity of 50 new 96-gallon containers, with wheels, approved for curbside pick-up. Offeror’s labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and container rental shall be included in the monthly residential collection fee for each resident listed on the bidding schedule. Residential refuse collection shall consist of normal household rubbish/garbage. Grass clippings and shrubbery clippings shall be excluded from this solicitation as residential refuse. |
