Description

Solicitation ID: SE-03 Route : IH 039S County : 40 - Milwaukee County Limit : HALYARD ST TO CAPITOL DRIVE Anticipated Construction Cost: $17,000,000-$19,999,999 The pavement and structures require treatment to extend their service lives. Perpetuation project to rehabilitate 9 structures over IH 43 from Halyard St to Capitol Dr in Milwaukee County. Structures B-40-72, B-40-74, B-40-76, B-40-78, B- 40-158, B-40-204, B-40-205, B-40-210, and B-40-211 will receive concrete overlays, girder painting, bearing replacements, and other repairs as needed. The pedestrian overpasses at Vienna St and Ring St are anticipated to receive deck replacements but will be evaluated for full replacement. Other work will include roadway approach repair if needed, traffic control, utility coordination and project documentation Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
