All work called for in the drawings and specifications shall be furnished in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Thompson, Dreessen & Dorner, Inc., Engineers for the District, and now filed in the office of the Clerk of the District at 11440 West Center Road, Suite C, Omaha, NE, 68114, and bids will be received only upon the proposal form furnished through the Engineer for the District. Each bid must be accompanied in a Separate Sealed Envelope by a certified check drawn on a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the amount of $290,000.00, payable without condition to the Treasurer, Sanitary and Improvement District No. 365 of Sarpy County, Nebraska, or a bid bond for a like amount as evidence of good faith of the bidder and as agreed upon liquidated damages to the District in the event the bidder whose proposal is accepted by the Board of Trustees of the District fails to enter into contract within ten (10) days after Notice of Award and furnish acceptable bond to complete the work and pay for all labor done and materials used, such bond to be in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. In order to ensure bidders are aware of all issued documents pertaining to this opportunity bids will only be accepted from those listed on the plan holders lists kept at the Engineer's office and the offices of Standard Digital Imaging / StandardSHARE. Sanitary and Improvement District No. 365 of Sarpy County, Nebraska, reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject all or any bids.
