Simms St & W 112th Ave. Plans call for tenant improvement and ground-up construction management tasks involving new flex/R&D, commercial office, retail and warehouse buildings. Upon completion, the project will contain nearly 600,000 square feet of commercial space, including 202,400 square feet of multi-story Class ‘A’ office, 145,520 square feet of single-story office, 221,040 square feet of flex/R&D space, and 8,125 square feet of retail space. Development plans also include up to 7.7 acres of land for pad site use. As of September 9, 2022, the City of Broomfield has approved the Final Site Development Plan for this project. Engineering review is nearly completed. Details regarding architect have yet to be determined. The developer will self perform construction. Building permit applications have not been submitted. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
