Description

HVAC Water Treatment Preventive Maintenance (SA) - Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and/or certifications. Must be able to manage a variety of types of HVAC systems at multiple sites. Contractor must perform monthly P.M. site visits and provide written monthly reports outlining satisfactory/unsatisfactory conditions of Open Loop Water Treatment systems and associated HVAC equipment. Monthly reports must contain Open Loop water analysis report. Contractor will also be responsible for providing annual Closed Loop analysis and administering Closed Loop treatment as defined in Bid Package. Contractor will also be responsible for providing monthly Closed Loop steam analysis and administering Closed Loop treatment as defined in Bid Package over a six month period. Contractor must be familiar with HVAC equipment manufacturer's recommended procedures for maintaining, cleaning, flushing, and filtering of HVAC systems. Contractor must adhere to industry safety standards for handling and disposal of chemicals, containers, etc. and provide MSDS sheets for all chemicals used in P.M. process. Contractor will meet with WCPSS quarterly to review treatment program.
