Lake Washington School District Job Order Contracting Services

Job Order Contractor shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, from a Bonding Company licensed to do business in the State of Washington, rated A or better of AM Best, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Work, in a penal amount equal to the aggregate price of all Job Orders issued to the Job Order Contractor, but not less than $500,000 Questions Due Friday, March 10, 2023. Any questions and responses will be posted and available for all responding to the RFP. The JOC Contract awarded under this solicitation may be utilized at any of the Lake Washington School District sites. This is a fixed price, indefinite quantity type contract for the performance of a broad range of construction services to include minor construction repair, renovations, alterations, and maintenance projects on an as-needed basis as may be required and requested. The specific work requirements will be identified in Work Orders to be issued by the School District.
