Description

The Work includes the removal of trees within the limits of disturbance and excavating and transporting soil from the southern berm as RCRA characteristic hazardous waste (D008) due to lead. The primary backstop berm and side berms are to be excavated and transported as hazardous soil. The disturbed areas where excavation takes place will be topped with 4 inches of topsoil and graded to match the natural grade of the area. Some water management is expected as part of this work, as the site currently has some standing water that must be removed before work can begin.
