| Description | The City of Gainesville intends to enter into an agreement for Cone Park Soccer Field Renovations (formerly named: Drainage Improvements at Cone Park). The work generally includes stripping the work site area, hauling and disposal, trenching, installing underdrain system, import of new gravel and sand, Laser-Grading and new turfgrass. Plug/Grass maintenance and monitoring is also a large part of the project. Please note that these Documents have been revised from the 60% set previously Bid in July. They are now 100% complete. The 60% documents are still available for reference. For your use, Foresight has also included a set of the 100% documents with yellow highlights noting changes that we have observed from the 60% set.
