Description

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Contractor shall provide scheduled annual/routine preventative maintenance services, scheduled repairs, and emergency services on the Johnson Controls Building Automation System, HVAC system and domestic hot water system, Work to be performed by the contractor under this contract shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide preventative maintenance services, emergency services, and repairs of every description, including inspections, adjustments, calibration, test, repair or replace as herein specified for all equipment covered.
