| Description | The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of elevators, lifts and platforms on Eielson AFB. The work under this service contract includes all passenger elevators, freight elevators, wheelchair lifts, chair lifts, stair lifts, platform lifts, and vertical platforms located in EAFB. The Contractor shall perform periodic inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and repairs of elevators, lifts and platforms to ensure continuous, safe and reliable operation of the systems. The Contractor shall provide detailed cost estimates of required repairs, inspection and testing reports, and certificates of inspection to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). |
