Description

The project generally consists of the replacement of existing concrete curb with granite block curb, reconstruction of concrete driveway aprons, ADA curb ramp improvements, and the installation of a 6" underdrain to connect leader drains to the existing storm sewer system on Farm Tree Road, McGellairds Crossing Road, and Hearthstone Drive in Manalapan, New Jersey. Approximate construction quantities for significant bid items include 7,800 LF of granite block curb, 3,200 SF of concrete driveways, 1,500 SF of concrete sidewalk, and 4,200 LF of 6" HDPE pipe.
