SPECIFIC: To include: Triple 20 Final Ultrafilters for Bacteria/Endotoxin Removal Triple 20-inch housings/filters Inlet and outlet pressure gauges and sample ports Return Flowmeter Manifold Includes flowmeter and back pressure relief valve to adjust loop velocity Includes loop return sample port and temperature gauge Includes internal return sprayball Tank Vent Filter Assembly with filter 10-inch housing assembly 10-inch Hydrophobic Vent Filter to allow tank to filter air Audible Remote Alarm Assembly To be wired into your Conductivity Monitor to alarm if water quality is below set point. Wiring to be run by others if audible being installed outside of water room through ceiling Ozone Fittings To be installed in storage tank and on outgoing loop for ozone sanitization of loop and tank Installation of RO return line Connect to existing RO supply line above laboratory sink in room 618 and route to existing RO storage tank in room 49C. Pipe material and fittings will be IPEX high purity pipe and fusion weld fittings Provide and install ball valves at each end of new return line Penetrations thru walls and firestopping of same Grundfos VFD pump, 460v, 10gpm@60psi Equipment installation, Loop sanitization with Ozone and Start up Work may require to be performed after hours or weekend.
