Lift Station System Replacement

1. Remove existing pumps, piping (from pumps to cast iron), control panels, check valves and gate valves. 2. Purchase of five (5), Installation of four (4) new Barnes Model 3SE1044l submersible pumps. 3. Install two (2) Sunbelt Model S-25 Duplex, 460volt, Three (3) Phase, 1hp control panels with high water alarm, and eight (8) floats. 4. Re-Pipe into existing system using schedule 80 PVC pipe and fittings. 5. Install four (4) new three inch (3") bronze check valves and four (4) new three inch (3") Bronze Unions and four (4) new three inch (3") bronze ball valves. 6. Upon completion of work check for proper operation. 7. Call for inspection if required. 8. Contractor to remove ALL discarded materials and trash from site at/by completion of project. 9. As the Irving Arts Center will be open through the duration of project, contractors personnel shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
