Description | Convert Taxiway A to a temporary runway; widen Runway 10-28 to 150 feet wide, place an overlay on the existing Runway 10-28, construct new geometry on Taxiway A1, place an overlay on the existing Taxiway A1 and Taxiway A between Taxiways A1 and A2, construct paved shoulders on Taxiway A1 and Taxiway A between Taxiways A1 and A2; Construct two new exit taxiways, construct new geometry on Taxiway A5; remove, store, and install runway lights in new locations; remove, store, and install Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) and Runway End identifier Lights (REIL) in new locations; provide and install new PAPIs on Runway 28 end; remove, store, and install taxiway lights in new locations; other airfield electrical items; crack fill and seal coat Taxiway A; convert the temporary runway back to a taxiway. Minimum wage rates on this project shall not be less than the rates in the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rate Decision No. NM20220035 or the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, DA-23- 1723-A whichever is the higher for each trade or labor classification. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Questions shall be submitted using the BHTracker website for this project. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bid Forms which nominally vary in appearance from the original paper version of the Bid Form, providing that all required information and submittals are included with the Bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids Estimated value is $15-18 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
