2022 Road Improvement Project - Resealing Various Roads

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ashley, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. The Oxford Township Board of Trustees will accept sealed bids for resealing various roads with ODOT Item 422 chip seal in Oxford Township, Delaware County, Ohio. This 2022 Road Improvement Project must be completed by August 20, 2022. Bids will be accepted on a unit price bid for Ohio Department of Transportation specifications. All items are to be furnished and applied by the successful bidder in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation specifications and at the direction of the Oxford Township Trustees. A bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be required. Said bond shall be in the name of Oxford Township Trustees. A performance bond in the full amount of the bid shall be required from the successful bidder.Said bond shall be in the name of the Oxford Township Trustees. Said bidder shall enter into contract with the Board of Trustees within ten (10) days from the date of the award. The successful bidder shall comply with Sections 4115.03 to 4115.16, ORC, Prevailing Wages for Public Improvement. The Oxford Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
