| Description | All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25- 24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/30/2022 04:30:00 PM (ET) This contract is to plant curbside trees at residential addresses within Zone E and Zone F, and some residential addresses within Zones A, B , C and D. Also, tree plantings will take place within Township parks located in various other zones as well. |
