Description

To collaboratively develop and document a Community Microgrid and Distributed Generation Plan. The Plan shall analyze the City's needs, identify best opportunities for implementation of microgrids for community benefit, identify challenges and solutions, and prioritize implementation options. The completed Plan shall support Colorado Springs Utilities' Energy Vision, and make significant immediate, short-term, and long-term contributions toward clean energy goals and improvements to community resiliency.
