Description

Contractor responsible for developing a design in accordance with plan review by District, Empire Electric and in adherence with state and local building codes. Consultation should be made with District regarding the presence of asbestos containing materials. Bid to include all labor, materials and equipment to: 1. Replace existing air handler with new energy efficient roof top unit to meet or exceed building square footage Central controls. 2. Replace existing gas furnaces with 2 new commercial gas furnaces 3. 2 new A/C units 4. All necessary plumbing & electrical hookups 5. Necessary permitting and line locates 6. Use certified asbestos-free components and materials 7. System training upon project completion 8. Adhere to manufacturer’s specifications for all phases of installation.
