| Description | Reference Number 0000314960 Question Deadline 04/11/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) intends to select a list of pre-qualified Contractors/Service Providers to perform various trade services for on-call/as-needed projects throughout the entire Auraria Higher Education Center Campus, which also includes the Community College of Denver (CCD), Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver), and University of Colorado-Denver (UCD), from $50,000 up to $500,000.00. Each project shall adhere to the procurement rules and shall include bonding requirements as deemed necessary. AHEC reserves the right to add or remove Contractors/Service Providers One (1) fiscal year; commencing on July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Agreements may be extended up to an additional four (4) years in one (1) year increments for a total not to exceed five (5) years, at AHEC's sole discretion. |
