The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Renovation of Fitzgibbons Hall at the Hudson Valley Community College. a. Renovation of an existing 7,588 SF of a three-story building will include finish upgrades, new furniture, modernizing HVAC and electrical systems. 2. Renovation of Guenther Hall at the Hudson Valley Community College. a. Renovation of an existing 7,429 SF of a two-story building will include finish upgrades, new furniture, modernizing HVAC and electrical systems. 3. Renovation of Amstuz Hall at the Hudson Valley Community College. a. Renovation of an existing 1,150 SF classroom of a two-story building will include finish upgrades, new furniture, modernizing HVAC and electrical systems.
