Description

The Lead Hazard Reduction program seeks multiple Delaware lead certified construction firms, especially local disadvantaged businesses, to perform lead-based paint hazard reduction interim controls and abatement and related healthy homes activities in 130 units starting about April 1, 2020 and continuing through the end of the grant period, June 30, 2023. All contractors must have an active Lead Renovation, Repair and Paint Certification (RRP) as a pre-requisite to qualify.
