On-Call Electrical, Maintenance, and Emergency Services

Electrical Contractor(s) furnish all supplies, parts, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide electrical services on an as needed basis. 1. Work will take place in or around HACFM’s Public Housing Units, the Administration Building, Dr. Carrie Robinson Center and any other areas where services may be required by the authority and its affiliates. 2. Contractors shall provide a proposal to HACFM for each project in detail. Labor rates and materials must be broken out into separate line items. Labor rates shall include trade name, trade cost rate and number of hours for each trade on project. 3. Services shall include by not be limited to exterior and interior electrical trouble shooting/repairs and/or maintenance, parking lot lighting, building lighting (interior/exterior), installation of new electrical circuits for lighting or general purpose outlets, repair and replacement of existing conduit, installation of new light fixtures, installation of new conduit for fiber optics, wiring, repair or replacement of load centers, safety switches, replace circuit breakers, install conduit for new equipment, add or repair lightning protection wiring and conduit, perform electrical underground wiring locates, and/or repair and replace underground electrical splices.
