Bus Wash Repairs

1. Inspect frame, curb rail system, undercarriage spray bar and associated hardware. 2. Replace blue hoses that feed spray arches & undercarriage spray bar with new SS clamps. 3. Clean/ replace all undercarriage, pre-soak and rinse spray nozzles as needed. 4. Replace four (4) pre-soak & rinse arch drain ball valves. 5. Stabilize existing framework with six (6) knee braces. 6. Replace air regulator trio & MAC valve in new NEMA box. 24V. 7. Replace both air retract cylinders and associated hardware. 8. Install new drivers side and passengers side Superflex couplers and Bushings with new stabilizer brackets and associated hardware. 9. Replace one missing disc brush protector with hardware. Inspect other disc & hardware. 10. Inspect brush arms, motors, gearboxes and associated hardware, lubricate as needed. 11. Replace broken Allen Bradley rotating manual disconnect switch on reclaim electrical control box. Replace both drivers and passenger’s side brush limit chain assemblies with hardware. 12. Repair roof scrubber curtain racks with 3 new rods & new curtain strips. Replace heavily rusted top wash spray bar pipe. 13. Install new chemical injector. 14. Adjust both brush assembly pillow blocks and all system timers. 15. Install District provided new shocks (4) & fiberglass wands that were ordered last year. 16. Install lOHP Grundfos vertical rinse pump unit, fresh water holding tank and associated plumbing. District to provide proper electric service to pump motor per WCB direction. 17. Install PVC union and pipe support at link pipe on the two existing reclaim water tanks
