| Description | The Contractor shall make all necessary repairs to surfaces in preparation of painting the exterior locations shown in the attachments. Pressure wash and paint the stucco and trim on the exterior of buildings, as well as doors and frames. Pavilions will be pressure washed and painted as well (shown in attachments). A site visit will is strongly recommended to field verify measurements and locations of buildings and pavilions and promote work orientation. Attachments describe each buildings specific paint requirements. |
