| Description | Too provide all labor, equipment, supervision, material and incidentals to perform Maintenance and Repair Services to Traffic Signals within the VDOT Northern Virginia District. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Debbie Bayles at Debbie.Bayles@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on May 16, 2023.
