This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Delivery of Hot Mix Asphalt to numerous locations on "US", "I" and "M" roads throughout Southwest Region - Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St Joseph and Van Buren Counties jurisdictional area Deadline for bidders to submit questions about this RFP 3:00 p.m. Eastern 18/01/23 Anticipated contract begin date 01/04/23 Contractor must at all times have financial resources sufficient, in the opinion of the State, to ensure performance of the Contract and must provide proof upon request. The State may require a performance bond (as specified in a Statement of Work) if, in the opinion of the State, it will ensure performance of the Contract.
