Base Bid - Bartram Drive Water Main Replacements The Base Bid work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the installation of approximately 570 linear feet of 6- inch ductile iron water main and 400 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water main including valve assemblies, fire hydrant assemblies, water services, connections to existing mains, pressure and disinfection testing, fittings, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, paving, abandonment of existing water mains and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Schedule 1 Drawings to provide a complete and operable system. Alternate Add Bid - Galvanized Water Main Replacements The Alternate Add Bid work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the installation of approximately 1,980 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water main, 270 linear feet of 2-inch Type K hard copper water main, valves, services, abandonments, surface restoration, connections to existing mains, and all other associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Schedule 2 Drawings to provide a complete and operable system. The locations included in the Alternate Add Bid are: 1. N. Hawthorne Lane 2. Coker Drive 3. S. Hawthorne Lane 4. Sourwood Circle 5. Coker Lane 6. Kings Mill Road 7. Morgan Creek Road and Bear Lane
