Weatherization - Residential Ductless Heat Pump Installation 2

Install DHP in 3 units at 2 sites: Project 1: Stick built home, built in 1949, in good condition. Lead safe work is expected. Project 2: Stick built duplex built in 1900, in good condition, updates have been made. The 2 units are upper and lower and are metered separately. Installation of a single-head ductless heat pump at each site. The contractor will run new wiring to power the unit. The contractor will provide a surge suppressor with each unit. Each unit will be installed with a wireless wall-mounted thermostat. Unit installed must have a Minimum-Maximum Capacity rating for the living space and environment installed Quality line hide.  Good appearance. Indoor head cannot be pushed into corner due to sensors and air movement. All building penetrations will be sealed airtight. The contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. The contractor is responsible for filing intent/affidavits. Pursuant to weatherization program rules; no sales tax will be charged on materials installed.
