This project consists of the east shoulder and foreslope repair which will include the removal and replacement of hot-mix asphalt shoulders, the removal and replacement of unsuitable material, installation of pipe underdrains, the removal and replacement of stone riprap, guardrail replacement, and other related collateral work necessary to complete the project.
