Central Park Greenhouse Storage Building

Building Design shall meet the following requirements: clear span wood interior framing, steel wall panel system, interior wall protection, steel roofing with condensation control, ventilation, sliding door, exterior doors, windows, gutters, downspouts, skylights, covered open porch 6’ W x 48’ L. The preferred dimension of the building is 18' W x 48' L. Base Bid shall include the establishment of a “security perimeter” fence around the construction area upon removal of existing fence to ensure that the Greenhouse Facility is not accessible at that location.
