| Description | General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electronic Security Systems, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A - J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. This is a Federal project and thus the successful bidder must comply with Federal Regulation 24 CFR Part 85.36 and the Davis-Bacon Act - Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are attached herein. The Project consists of but not limited to: (a) Removal of existing intercom system at front entrance doors and replacement with new video/intercom system with new wiring to individual apartment units. (b) New access control system forfront entrance doors. |
