Renovation of the Hyatt Regency Ballroom

The Regency Ballroom Renovation consists of the demolition and replacement of ceiling tiles and ceiling grid, light fixtures, diffusers, wall panel, wall covering, carpet and doors. The ballroom sound system will also be upgraded. Construction of additional restrooms, storage areas, and a back-of-house hallway may also be included in the scope. Primary electrical and HVAC systems will remain in place. All areas of the ballroom will have the same level of finish. Schooley Caldwell has been selected to serve as the architect of record for the project. The purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQ) is to select a Construction Manager at Risk who is most qualified to provide the required services for the completion of the renovation project. The FCCFA is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk who has experience in construction and development of projects similar in size and scope to the FCCFA`s proposed project. Most qualified will be determined by, but not limited to; the competence/ability of the Construction Manager at Risk to provide requested services, availability of resources to meet the requirements of this RFQ, past performance/related experience of the Construction Manager at Risk and the proposed approach to construction and development of the ballroom renovation.
