Completion Date: Sept. 1, 2023 Stevens County HRA at Grandview Apartments in Morris Minnesota is requesting bids for the removal of ACM and Demo work in our apartment building located at 100 South Columbia Avenue in Morris, MN 56267. Asbestos inspections were completed and asbestos containing materials (ACM's) were identified throughout the building. Over time we have done some abatement. We also have residents living in most of the apartments. A plan specifying how you plan on doing the abatement and demo work while the building is being occupied should accompany your bid. The Contractor should anticipate working with the owner to relocate tenants to a local hotel until it is safe to re-enter their apartments and all abatement activities on their floor are completed. |
