The purpose of the Site Visits are to aid the Offeror(s) to view the locations for the services to be provided, to determine the plan for provision of water treatment services, the equipment and/or motor vehicles needed and the timeframe of work to be performed. If revisions are made prior to the Proposal Submission Deadline, changes will be made via a modification to this solicitation posted on the VSS web site. The estimated notice of intent to award period is for informational purposes only and may vary significantly based on the number and size of proposals received. Questions can be asked, but to have them formally considered in the solicitation, they must be submitted in writing and only responses in writing shall be considered as a response. Offerors may submit questions as a result of the walk-through site visits and the review of the specifications for this solicitation per Section 1.4 Inquiries. Questions are to be submitted no later than the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities NOTE* If the second day is required to complete the Mandatory Walk through Site Visits, the starting point will be the same as the first day (1525 Sherman St. B-70, Denver, CO.) Only those bidders that attended the first day Walk Through and Site Visits will be able to attend the second day.
