Water Standpipe Painting Project

The work contemplated under this contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and service necessary for, and reasonably incidental to the completion of all construction and mechanical work in connection with the project described in the specifications and the accompanying drawing(s). Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the owner for five percent of the total amount of the bid. A certified check may be used in lieu of the bid bond. No bid security is required if bid is $50,000.00 or less. A Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the owner will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract, unless the bid amount is $50,000 or less in which case Performance, Statutory and Maintenance Bonds will not be required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
