State University of New York at Buffalo Ellicott Complex Masonry Repairs and Asbestos and HAZMAT Abatement - Phase IV

Masonry work includes, but is not limited to, column masonry repair, removal & replacement of damaged brick units, repointing and brick cleaning. This project has potential for hazardous material and asbestos abatement once the masonry is removed. The work of the project is to bid as single trade prime construction contract in Buffalo, New York. All corresponding firms must demonstrate experience in the completion of similar projects. One Contract will be awarded for the work of this project. Construction Contract estimated at $1,200,000 to $1,300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
