| Description | The City of Peoria (City) is seeking a qualified heavy civil roadway and drainage construction contractor to provide construction services for three separate Capital Improvement (CIP) Projects. . It is the City's intent to design and ultimately construct all three of these projects together as if it were a single project since they all occupy the same roadway corridor, however the project may be broken into multiple design/construction phases in an effort to accelerate the construction schedule where feasible and in the best interest of the City of Peoria including businesses, and residents and project stakeholders.
