Description

The work to be completed under this contract primarily consists of the installation of the equipment listed on the HVAC schedules on drawing no. HD-1. The work also includes some demolition, ductwork installation, fire panel modifications, electrical modifications for the new equipment and testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of the HVAC systems. Some minor architectural/structural modifications are required in support of the HVAC modifications such as roof penetrations which require membrane roofing repairs, gypsum board installation, and joint sealing.
